Iron-man at La Ultra

Ryoichi Sato (52 yrs) participated in the 4th edition of La Ultra - The High, is 74th ultra. Just 2 months before the run, he got a pacemaker implanted. He has had back problems for last 23 years. During this run, his knees were bothering him to the extent of stopping him from continuing.
