Back 2 Fitness (a unit of V. G. Consultancy Private Limited) looks at addressing the massive vacuum that exists between ‘healthcare’ and ‘fitness’ industries.
The Healthcare Industry caters to Sickness and Illness but struggles to deal with either Health or Care. We as doctors are not trained in medical colleges to deal with health and care. In our arsenal we only have medicines and surgeries. The largest organ in the human body, the neuro-musculo-skeletal system, is completely ignored.
The Fitness Industry has become more of a ‘hospitality’ and ‘hulk’ industry. To make it worse, this industry is mushrooming but it’s very unorganized and has no quality control.
We at Back 2 Fitness are more like guides to our clients and patients. We encourage them to pro-actively address their problems by first becoming aware of what the problem is and then changing their lifestyle accordingly.
